Positive: Great stay in this villa, great value for money. Comfortable beds, good showers and great shared kitchen with fridges, water filter and all the plates utensils etc you could want. Good free un-restricted internet. Even a washing machine and clothes line which is free for guests. Location away from Main Street and far enough away from the railway to be quiet and peaceful. Staff in house were helpful and always tidying, also helped to organise a scooter for me delivered to the villa. Kamal the owner is super friendly and always asking for ways to improve, he invited me to his new hotel and his wife cooked dinner for some of us whilst we watched the 20/20 England v Sri Lanka game

Positive: This is our second time staying at this villa, and we already know for sure — we will definitely come back again! Both times we stayed for a whole month, and it’s an absolutely perfect place for long-term living. The location is amazing: clean, cozy rooms, only an 8-minute walk to the ocean, very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and everything you need to feel at home. You can also rent a scooter directly at the villa, which makes getting around super easy. Kamal is always happy to help with transfers and any questions — everything is solved quickly and with great care. He even replaced the Wi-Fi router and bought a brand-new fridge when the old one stopped working. The owner, Kamal, is an incredible person with a truly generous heart. He genuinely cared about our comfort and did everything to make our stay perfect — and you can really feel it. He also organized an unforgettable dinner with local cuisine for us — absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. We were beyond happy! We especially loved the mushrooms, and Kamal even gave us extra to take with us on the road — such a thoughtful gesture. Danuka made our stay comfortable and pleasant every single day. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and heartfelt experience. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful place again!

Positive: I loved everything about the property. It is a beautiful peaceful haven. The owners have done everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible and the double bed is the best! the bedding and pillows are so nice and you will get the best sleep. The accommodation has a fantastic well equipped kitchen with all you need. Filtered water, tea coffee and a kettle, fridges etc. I loved the location only 5 mins walk to the best beach with perfect waves to learn surfing, great to watch the sunset. I was even lucky enough to see a baby turtle make its first steps to the ocean! Fantastic little cafes and restaurants v close by and a shop. Kamal and his family also put on a wonderful meal for us of Sri Lankan food which was delicious. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and Kamal also helped with planning my trip. Thank you so much I hope to be back again soon!

Positive: Absolutely loved our stay in this villa, great value for money. Comfortable beds, sparking clean, best hot water shower we had in our 2 weeks SL holidays and so polite hosts. Easy access to washing machine, water filter and shared kitchen with all utilities you need. Location away from Main Street, so quiet and peaceful.

Positive: If you are a light sleeper this is the place for you. We have tried many hotels around ahangama and we have never slept better than here. And the staff is so welcoming! You even have access to a washing machine for clothes

Positive: Nice rooms, friendly staff, possibility of renting a scooter directly at the accommodation. The boss arranged a transfer to the airport for us at a good price. The beach in town is nice and good for surfers. Good restaurant nearby.
